Tarien obtained a Bachelor's degree from North-West University. She worked in the Higher Education sector for a few years before making an exciting change and joined the Fynbos team in 2021. As Head of Client Onboarding, Tarien is focused on excellent client service and implementing processes that continuously enhance client satisfaction.

Amber is a BA graduate who obtained her degree from the University of the Western Cape. She joined the Fynbos team in 2023 and is an integral member of the client onboarding team. Amber is eager to expand her knowledge and experience within the company and within the financial industry. She is committed to delivering excellent client service.

Jano holds a BSc Honours in Computer Science from Stellenbosch University and plays a dual role at Fynbos, blending business analysis with software development. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, Jano contributes to optimising systems and driving growth in the crypto arbitrage and financial investment space.

Mia brings 17 years of experience as a high school educator and holds a BA from Stellenbosch University. With a strong foundation in communication and people engagement, she adds warmth and structure to the Fynbos team. Passionate about building trust-based relationships, Mia is focused on delivering a client experience that is both personal and professional.

Sonnet is responsible for coordinating international approvals and SARS-related processes within the Fynbos team. She works closely with clients to manage critical documentation and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Sonnet plays an important role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our cross-border operations.

Stephan is a qualified CA(SA) and entrepreneur within the Fynbos Group, currently focusing his expertise on leading Fynbos Capital Advisors. After completing his degree and honours at Stellenbosch University, Stephan served his articles at a medium-sized audit firm before launching multiple ventures across a range of industries. His strategic insight and entrepreneurial drive bring depth to our advisory offering.

Jana is a skilled paraplanner with a focus on life insurance and investment planning. As part of the Fynbos Capital Advisors team, she supports our financial advisors by delivering tailored, practical solutions. Her precision, efficiency, and behind-the-scenes expertise help turn strategy into action, always keeping the client’s long-term goals in mind.

Paul holds a BCom in Investment Management from Stellenbosch University and brings deep technical expertise in investments and long-term insurance. In his role as an advisor at Fynbos, he helps clients build personalised financial plans and make confident, informed decisions. His approach combines clarity with care, making financial advice accessible, effective, and future-focused.

Gilbert is a qualified CA(SA). Gilbert completed his degree and honours at Stellenbosch University and proceeded to complete his articles at a medium sized audit firm. He remained in audit for a few years after his articles where he functioned as a senior manager. Gilbert then moved to Kuda as their financial manager and has subsequently grown to be the current COO of Kuda and the CEO of Kuda Foreign Exchange.

Quintus has a distinguished academic background in Investment Sciences and holds a Financial Analysis Honours from Stellenbosch University. He joined Fynbos as one of its first employees, Quintus has played an integral role in nurturing the company's growth and success from its inception.

Alana-Lee is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with an LLB (Cum Laude) from the University of the Western Cape. She leads compliance at Fynbos, where she focuses on proactive risk management and regulatory alignment. Her work ensures that our operations meet the highest legal and ethical standards, helping build a strong, responsible culture across the business.

Tania supports the Fynbos leadership team with over 10 years' experience in operations, finance, and executive assistance. She manages executive schedules, client communication, administrative processes, and internal support. With professional training in Business Communication and Office Management, Tania ensures smooth operations and exceptional service delivery across the Fynbos group.
